Village of Cedar Grove - Livability
Cedar Grove, WI (pop. ~2,100) home of Holland Fest - the largest dry festival in the state, features a full-sized windmill in its downtown, a nod to the community's Dutch heritage. The Village has all the basic amenities including grocery and pharmacy. The community is small, quaint and very safe.
The surrounding environs are primarily agricultural; however, there is a significant amount of large, luxury homes and public parks located along Lake Michigan to the east of the community. The Interurban (Bike) Trail cuts through the community and residents of the area can ride their bikes into Milwaukee on an off-street trail, 50 miles away!
